Shipping policy

TIMES AND DELIVERIES

Because each piece is unique and handmade, it has a different delivery time, which will not be longer than 10 business days and we will always do everything possible to make it shorter. If you need it before that date, write to us at ventas@olgaprieto.com requesting it. The delivery time will be notified to you at the time of processing your purchase and once the piece is ready to ship we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package.

SHIPPING AND RATES

Orders received until 12pm will be processed the same day and those received after that time will be processed the next business day. The customer will receive notification of their purchase at the time it is processed.
Orders will be processed only Monday through Friday. Those received on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be processed the next business day, and are processed based on availability and credit check.

The standard rate for national shipments (they take 3-5 business days to arrive) is 180 mxn and for international standard rates it is 60 usd. Shipping to the United States (it takes 7-9 business days to arrive) is 25 usd. Express shipments (take 2-3 business days to arrive) are subject to prior quotation.

Free shipping only applies to orders that are shipped to Mexico and totaling 2,000 mxn or more.
